Easy to get off and on, close to alot. The check-in process was seamless. All the staff was courteous. It is an older hotel but maintained well and has all you need. Breakfast was very basic but enough to get going. Would stay here again again.
We stayed one night and had a good night. It was clean and the bed and towels smelled nice and were white. The room was spacious and had a small refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast didn't have protein, but for the price of the hotel it was fine: yogurt, apples, bananas, cupcakes, bread, bread, cereal. The staff we interacted with at check-in and check-out were very attentive.
I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a really good experience. The staff at the front desk were friendly and check-in was quick. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed, plus the AC kept the place cool during the hot afternoons. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is that breakfast had limited options and the hotel had some renovations happening.

Pros Room was clean No bugs They do come in and clean while your gone. They do have breakfast Has mini fridge and microwave Very close to Carowinds Cons Bed was hard No coffee creamer for the wife lol. Pool wasn't open. Still covered Traffic is awful down that way. Be safe and watch. That was a whole different driving lesson. Really can't complain it was a good stay. I would stay there again if we go back to Carowinds.
My husband Richard stays here when in town and he said his stays are always great. He said they put him on the top floor, away from noise and other guests. He's a light sleeper and they always try to make his stay quiet. Thanks
Rhonda is the absolute best at her job! You can tell she really takes pride in her work. I had an issue with a noise complaint, but she fixed it right away. She always goes above & beyond for guests! 10/10 recommend staying here!
